Military Moms Welcome Their Precious Cargo

On Sunday, July 19, Lindsey and Vincent welcomed 40 expecting or recently delivered military moms to Pepin Hospitality Centre for the Second Annual Military Moms Baby Shower, presented by River Crossing Group.

Designed as an afternoon tea, the moms were invited to receive bundles of items to help them welcome their precious cargo. Moms were either active duty or the spouse/partner of active duty military personnel stationed at MacDill Air Force Base and the Clearwater Coast Guard Air Station. 

In total, almost $50,000 in baby products was distributed to military families, including over $1,100 in merchandise for each mom and another $3,500 worth of raffle items and door prizes. Raffle prizes up for grabs included two full sized cribs with mattresses, custom bedding sets, $500 gift certificate to Rooms To Go, and more.
